The cost depends on what area is being treated, and how many session are required. Treatments are generally done every two weeks

The level of discomfort varies from person to person. A fine needle is used to inject the solution and this can cause a stinging or burning sensation, therefore it is normal to experience mild to moderate pain. However some people only feel slight discomfort.

  • The skin may feel tender to touch immediately after the treatment which can last a few days
  • The skin may also be slightly red and/or irritated which lasts for about 24 hours
  • Bruising and swelling is also sometimes seen, however should subside in a few days
  • Keep the area clean and dry
  • Use a gentle body moisturiser throughout the day to keep the skin hydrated and to soothe any irritation
  • Avoid strenuous exercise, sauna’s, steam rooms and swimming for 48 hours
  • Do not scratch or pick at any flaking that may occur as this will increase the risk of infection and scarring

Results vary from person to person and the timeline for seeing results also depends on the extent and severity of the treatment as well as the individuals’ body type. Multiple sessions are usually required to receive the full effect of the treatment.
